Lately, I’ve found myself looking back on my early years—young, hopeful, full of energy to change the world. Somewhere along the way, life, leadership, and hard lessons left a few scars. But one truth keeps pulling me forward:
Our greatest legacy is how we inspire and lift up the next generation.
