SilverSneakers: This CLASSIC program is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. Class can be modified depending on fitness levels. To participate you must be a Silversneakers member through your insurance and registered at the front desk as such.

Studio Kickboxing: An awesome non-contact workout! Class combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. Burn calories, build stamina and improve coordination and flexibility all while increasing your concentration. A great addition to any weight loss plan or for those looking for more than a boring treadmill run. Join Kayla for an energizing, high intensity workout.

Pound Rockout: Cardio Explosion. Strength Training. Electrifying beats. Sweat, sculpt and ROCK your body with Pound Rockout. Ripstix set is provided to unleash your inner Rockstar and tone and strengthen both upper and lower body. Your WORKOUT is AMPLIFIED for ROCKOUT RESULTS.

Abtastic: Strong abdominals elicit better balance and stability, ultimately giving your body a better, stronger base. Various exercises like crunches, planks, push-ups, bicycles, lat rows and more, prompt your body towards a STRONG core.  Crank out an abs workout, eat a nutrient-rich diet and you will be rockin’ a six-pack before you know it!

Stretch Therapy: Dim lights, soft, soothing music are conducive for a tranquil environment perfect to improve the body’s flexibility. These stretches, done regularly, will help maintain posture, protect joint function and improves stress relief. Class targets major muscle groups through both static stretching (holding a position) and dynamic stretching (moving through a range of motions). A must for all ages!

Yoga:Improve brain health, learn your bodies limitations and strengths. Enhance your body’s flexibility and movement through stretches and poses. A great way to refresh and revive your mind. Suitable for all levels; yoga mats, straps and blocks available for participants use. 

Barre Above: No dance Experience necessary! This class fuses the very best of Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Strength Training. Class includes modifications for any fitness level so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.
