This October, try a brand new program with the addition of Twinges, a program designed for those individuals who suffer from aches, pains, arthritis, and fibromyalgia.

Classes are set for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Fees are based on monthly registrations and Y member discounts apply.
